This method will improve the accuracy of the patient-specific computational models. In this project, we aim to demonstrate the effects of the curvature corrected models on patient-specific implant development in the case of a cervical vertebral body replacement. This implant will not only restore the stability of the spine but is going to provide a superior solution compared to standard surgical reconstructions. We will investigate the implant\u2019s performance using computer models and perform biomechanical tests on cadavers as well.
